Coatings TechnicianWe are seeking a hands-on Coatings Technician to operate coating and paint equipment in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate vacuum coating machines and spray linesClean, adjust, and perform minor repairs on spray equipmentPerform quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsFollow work instructions, processes, and safety guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in other departments as neededQualificationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to identify issues and suggest improvementsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsExperience with ISO/ITAR environments is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift over 25 lbs)Ability to stand for 78 hoursAbility to move materials and equipment throughout shiftApply now to join a team focused on precision, quality, and production excellence!
