Paving Foreman – Asphalt Operations - Base Salary 80k-95K - Rock Hill and Fort Mill We’re hiring an experienced Paving Foreman to lead asphalt crews in the field while remaining hands-on with daily production. This is a working foreman role—you’ll be running work, setting the pace, and ensuring quality from start to finish. What You’ll Do Lead and work alongside an asphalt paving crew Ensure paving, rolling, and finishing meet plans and specs Manage daily production, crew workflow, and jobsite safety Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and morale Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, inspectors, and clients Monitor productivity, material usage, and overall job quality Complete daily field reports and documentation What We’re Looking For Experience in asphalt paving operations Prior crew leadership or foreman experience Strong understanding of grade, compaction, and paving equipment Reliable communicator with a safety-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
