Network Installation/Copier Service Technician
This position is located in Salisbury, MD and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of office equipment. The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products, thereby influencing the sale of office product equipment that is offered by Hilyard’s. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs. In addition, the candidate should have the knowledge to troubleshoot PC printing issues as well as the ability to integrate our Multi Function Printers onto a customer network. We support Sharp, Canon and Xerox copiers and printers.
