This role sits at the intersection of business needs, product delivery, and technical execution. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and delivery leads to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, properly scoped, technically understood, and execution-ready before entering development.The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with program delivery and technical coordination experience. They should be comfortable driving requirements discovery, facilitating cross-functional alignment, navigating ambiguity, and managing complex dependencies across systems and teams.This is not a purely documentation-focused BA role. We are looking for someone who can drive clarity, operational rigor, and execution readiness across both business and technology organizations.What You Will DoPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define business problems, objectives, scope, dependencies, and success criteriaLead discovery and requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into structured, actionable documentationCreate and maintain high-quality BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, user journeys, business rules, and acceptance criteriaWork closely with engineering and architecture teams to clarify technical requirements, system dependencies, APIs, integrations, and execution considerationsHelp drive end-to-end delivery planning for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and systemsNavigate ambiguity to establish clear execution plans, priorities, milestones, and delivery readinessIdentify risks, gaps, tradeoffs, and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation strategies across stakeholders Partner with technical delivery teams during solutioning, architecture discussions, sizing, and implementation planningEnsure projects entering the development lifecycle are well-defined, properly scoped, and aligned across business and technical teamsFacilitate alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycleSupport breakdown of initiatives into epics, stories, and development-ready work itemsEstablish operational rigor through status reporting, dependency tracking, program reviews, retrospectives, and delivery metricsDrive standardization of business requirements and intake processes across the organizationSupport product management and delivery teams in prioritization, intake governance, roadmap readiness, and execution planning activitiesContribute to continuous improvement efforts related to agile delivery practices, requirements management standards, and cross-functional operating modelsQualificationsKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESAbility to identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and drive alignment in fast-moving environmentAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organizationTechnical fluency and ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform dependenciesStrong expertise in business requirements gathering, BRD creation, process mapping, and functional documentationStrong organizational and execution management skills with a high degree of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiencesUnderstanding of product delivery lifecycle practices, agile methodologies, and cross-functional product team operating modelsEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science & Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field required3+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, product delivery, or cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and delivery teamsExperience supporting Agile delivery models, including epics, user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT coordinationExperience working in digital product, eCommerce, platform modernization, or enterprise application environments preferredProgressive experience supporting product, technology, or digital transformation initiatives preferredSuccess in This RoleSuccess in this role means improving project readiness, reducing ambiguity before development begins, and helping teams execute more efficiently through stronger business alignment, clearer requirements, and proactive program coordination.
