Automotive Assembly for various ATV and vehicle parts. Climate controlled environment Weekly Pay JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for machining and/or assembling production parts, maintaining 100% quality with on-time delivery to customer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain strong attendance. Understand our safety culture. Wear correct PPE at all times; understand and follow Job Hazard Analysis. Demonstrate a good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., Operation Sheets, SOS, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards). Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and all daily production tracking reports. Perform all quality check inspections including measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required Approve outgoing, inspected parts by labeling boxes with individual packing number. Consistently produce 100% quality parts. Able to identify abnormal situations and report. Increasingly able to achieve target efficiencies and expected to continually increase technical knowledge of work cell. Demonstrate housekeeping and 5S in work area ang have a good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS: (TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION) Good math skills and reasoning ability. Good communication skills. Six months to one year of previous factory / manufacturing experience preferred.
