IT Manager - Data Platform & Engineering

Overview As IT Manager of Data Platform & Engineering, you will lead Michels’ enterprise data platform and data engineering function from the ground up. You’ll establish best practices, deliver governed data products, and enable analytics and AI across the organization. You’ll work with business and IT stakeholders to shape the data roadmap and build a scalable foundation for the future. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with strategic backlog planning in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.
