Our partner is looking for a Data Scientist to join their remote team and drive business growth through Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data-Driven Decision Making. This role offers the opportunity to work across Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, AI initiatives, Business Strategy, and Data Engineering while solving complex business challenges using large-scale datasets.As a Data Scientist, you will analyze structured and unstructured data, build analytical models, develop dashboards, perform statistical analysis, design experiments, and generate actionable insights that influence product strategy, customer growth, automation initiatives, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Business Leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams in a collaborative remote-first environment focused on innovation, experimentation, and measurable business impact.CompensationBase Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD (based on experience and qualifications)Equity: Equity participation is offered as part of the total compensation package.Additional compensation: Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, work location, and market conditions.AccountabilitiesThe Data Scientist will partner with business and technical teams to develop scalable analytical solutions and support strategic business initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.Develop data-driven solutions that improve product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions using modern analytics tools.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.Develop analytical models using Python, SQL, and modern Data Science techniques.Support Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and automation initiatives.Define business metrics and monitor product, customer, and operational performance.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical workflows.Document methodologies, experiments, analytical findings, and business outcomes.Stay current with emerging technologies in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.RequirementsThe ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen and enjoys solving challenging analytical problems in a fast-paced technology environment.Required qualifications and skills include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.1+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Decision Science, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or a high-growth technology company.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Statistical Modeling.Experience performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and working with large datasets.Knowledge of experimentation methodologies including A/B Testing and hypothesis testing.Experience building dashboards and reports using Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar Business Intelligence platforms.Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.Passion for AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Product Development, and continuous learning.Preferred qualifications include:Experience with Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Customer Analytics.Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or modern cloud data platforms.Experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Automation, or AI-powered products.Experience with data visualization and storytelling.Kaggle competitions, GitHub portfolio, bootcamp projects, or personal Data Science projects demonstrating analytical excellence.
