Payroll Specialist

Part-Time Payroll Specialist (On-Site) Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM We are seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team, with potential to transition into a permanent, permanent role. This position is 100% on-site and supports a team of approximately 50 employees. Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll across 3 payrolls Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions Handle payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy/compliance Utilize ADP for payroll processing Qualifications: Experience with ADP required Certified payroll experience preferred Construction industry knowledge strongly preferred Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple payrolls This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours with long-term potential!• Experience handling full-cycle payroll from data entry through final processing and record maintenance.• Background managing multi-state payroll in a fast-paced environment.• Working knowledge of payroll deductions, wage garnishments, and retirement contributions such as 401(k) plans.• Familiarity with certified payroll processes is strongly preferred.• Understanding of payroll practices within the construction industry is highly desirable.• Experience using ADP or comparable payroll software.• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple payroll schedules.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
