Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. - Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. - Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations within the store. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. - Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management as needed.
