Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Davies Position Overview: Provides evaluation, treatment and follow-up to patients within a clinical nursing program. Serves as a primary point of contact for all things related to the care and education of the patients and ensures efficient and effective processes that support safe patient care throughout continuum of care. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical programs and procedures and participates in performance improvement programs. Coordinates and supervises nursing standards of practice for patients and participates in data reporting. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orient other staff to the department. Job Description: EDUCATION: Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: RN-Registered Nurse for the state where care is provided TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years recent relevant experience. Pay Range is $86.68 to $114.41 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
