The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software development2+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/MLExtensive experience implementing generative AI solutions using OpenAI compatible APIsExperience with Cloud-based AI and data services like Python, Databricks, RAG, Agentic, AI Foundary, LangFuseExperience in GitHub & M365 Copilot, Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit LearnExperience with frontend development using React or Angular, and backend services using Java or .NETExperience in collaborating and working with Sr. AI/ML engineers and Lead to develop new machine learning models from scratch or improvising itSolid understanding of RAG architecture including knowledge of vector databases and semantic searchAdvanced proficiency in Python for AI/ML and automationProven expertise in Azure Document Intelligence, OCR, and DatabricksProven enterprise search, NLP, Speech AI, Vision AI, Supervised & unsupervised MLProven ability to lead the design and implementation of intelligent applications using Azure OpenAI, LLM Gateway, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniquesProven drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions across cross-functional teamsProven excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMsExperience working in agile development environmentsKnowledge of Agentic AI concepts & ImplementationCompensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearAbout UsTriunity is a Product Development, Staff Augmentation, and Consulting Services company providing solutions and services in North America.
