Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant. Responsibilities: Drive delivery trucks to clients' homes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of furniture and other items. Process goods upon receipt at the warehouse or at clients' homes, ensuring accurate inventory management. Install furniture while maintaining client expectations and quality of furniture. Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Organize goods for client pick-up at warehouse. Maintain delivery and pickup paperwork materials. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role. Ability to drive various types of delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to team lift and carry heavy items, as well as perform other highly physically demanding tasks.
