Every cluster we deliver — from site selection through power-on and customer acceptance — depends on disciplined, transparent, and fast-moving program execution.About the RoleThe Project Manager, AI Datacenter Delivery owns the day-to-day execution of GPU cluster builds from site readiness through rack, stack, cable, burn-in, and turn-up. You will run the delivery schedule for one or more concurrent cluster builds, tracking site readiness, electrical and mechanical dependencies, network build-out, hardware manufacturing and logistics, rack installation, structured cabling, commissioning, and customer handoff. You will keep the plan honest, the dependencies visible, and the critical path defended. This is a hands-on execution role. You will coordinate across internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams, plus colocation providers, general contractors, electrical and low-voltage subcontractors, OEMs, integrators, freight forwarders, and smart-hands vendors. You will be the person who knows the true status of every rack, every shipment, and every open item — and who says so clearly and early. You will also be expected to work in a heavily automated, AI-assisted operating model. Our client uses modern AI tooling to absorb the repetitive parts of program management — status rollups, meeting notes, action-item extraction, tracker hygiene, document drafting, data reconciliation — so that human time goes to the work that actually moves projects: customer relationships, vendor pressure, risk calls, and problem solving.ResponsibilitiesSite readiness and construction interfaceLogistics, rack, and installNetworking and connectivityTurn-up, commissioning, and acceptanceCustomer engagement and reportingAI-enabled ways of workingQualificationsDemonstrated experience managing infrastructure, datacenter, construction-adjacent, or large-scale hardware deployment projects end to end.Working knowledge of datacenter fundamentals: power distribution and redundancy, cooling, cabinets and rack elevations, structured cabling, and colocation operating norms.Familiarity with server and network hardware deployment, including racking, cabling, optics, out-of-band management, and commissioning workflows.Experience coordinating hardware logistics, including freight, staging, receiving, inventory reconciliation, and RMA processes.The ability to build and defend a critical path, and to distinguish a real dependency from an assumed one.Strong written communication — status updates that a customer executive and a cabling technician can both act on.Comfort holding vendors and internal teams to committed dates, respectfully and persistently.Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, or comparable, used in day-to-day work rather than experimentally.Comfort working in a highly automated environment, including structured trackers, integrated tooling, and scripted or agent-driven workflows.A high degree of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.Willingness to travel to datacenter sites, domestically and internationally, as builds require.Required SkillsParticularly ValuableDirect experience delivering GPU or HPC clusters, including NVIDIA HGX, GB200, GB300, or B200 class deployments.Experience with high-density racks, liquid cooling, and the site constraints they introduce.Familiarity with InfiniBand or high-radix Ethernet fabrics, cable and optics planning, and fabric validation.Experience with international deployments, customs and import processes, and multi-jurisdiction vendor coordination.Experience working alongside general contractors and electrical or low-voltage subcontractors on active construction sites.Practical experience building automations — scripts, agents, integrations, or workflow tooling — to remove manual project overhead.Familiarity with Linear, Attio, Slack, Google Workspace, or comparable modern operating stacks.Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or customer security review processes in a delivery context.
