This position is responsible for producing quality products safely while minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met. Responsibilities Set up pouch machines according to production specifications. Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Perform quality inspections throughout the production process. Troubleshoot machine issues and work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and GMP procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members. Qualifications At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating pouch packaging equipment is preferred. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment. Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations. Ability to read and understand work instructions and equipment manuals in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
