Vice President, US Medical Neurology

The PositionWe are seeking a transformational Vice President, US Medical - Neurology to lead a highly strategic and complex medical organization focused on advancing innovation, scientific leadership, actively incorporating population health principles that lead to measurable patient impact across the neurology portfolio.This leader will shape and execute a modern medical affairs vision that is externally informed, enterprise aligned, patient-centered, and grounded in scientific excellence. The VP will serve as a key member of the US Medical Leadership Team and a trusted partner to the Head of US Medical and peers, helping to advance enterprise priorities, organizational excellence, and a high-performing culture.The ideal candidate brings strong external orientation and scientific credibility within the Neurology practitioner community while also demonstrating exceptional ability to align across internal stakeholders, including Genentech US Medical therapeutic area leaders, global medical leadership, and cross-functional enterprise teams.
