This is a senior leadership role for a proven sales builder — someone who thrives on building high-performance hunter teams, creating repeatable systems, and driving predictable revenue growth.What You'll OwnNet-new revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation and conversionMarket expansion strategies across priority verticals, geographies, and customer segmentsIdeal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target account strategiesA team of hunter-focused sales executives — coaching, developing, and holding them accountableFull pipeline health: coverage ratios, velocity, aging, and conversionRecruiting, hiring, and onboarding of high-caliber sales talentCRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and KPI performance across the teamWhat You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of inside and outside sales executivesDesign and enforce standard work for prospecting, pipeline management, discovery, and closingConduct regular ride-alongs, call reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal strategy sessionsTrack and manage KPIs including pipeline creation, win rates, deal size, and sales cycle lengthPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Customer Experience teamsBuild a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvementRepresent the voice of the customer in leadership discussionsWhat We're Looking For8+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership roleProven track record building and leading hunter sales teamsExperience in apparel, apparel decoration, or branded merchandise strongly preferred (embroidery, patches, heat transfer, embellishments, etc.)Demonstrated ability to build repeatable sales systems and standardsStrong command of pipeline management, forecasting, KPI-driven coaching, and CRM systemsHistory of hitting and exceeding new business revenue targetsWillingness to travel approximately 40%Strong executive presence with both customers and internal stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferredBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusWho Thrives In This RoleHas a builder mindset — loves creating systems and scaling teams in growth environmentsIs a coach first — invests in developing talent and raising the performance barIs data-driven — manages with precision and uses numbers to tell the storyHolds high accountability — sets clear standards and drives consistent executionIs strategic but hands-on — can define go-to-market strategy and still get in the fieldIs resilient and competitive — thrives in the grind of winning new businessCompensation & DetailsFully Remote — U.S.-based candidates onlyTravel: approximately 40%Full-time, direct hireCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives (details provided during the interview process)J-18808-Ljbffr
