Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assembler specializing in Higher Level Assembly to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic components and mechanical parts with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to producing reliable, high-quality products that meet strict specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities
Assemble intricate electronic and mechanical components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions and assembly accuracy
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper fabrication and assembly procedures
Operate power tools, hand tools, soldering equipment, welding apparatus, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure assemblies meet all specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes
Skills
Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate assembly
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, machining, welding, soldering, and the use of hand tools and power tools
Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices
Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical documentation in manufacturing environments
Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts when necessary
Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to electronics assembly and fabrication
Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures for maintaining a safe workspace
Pay: $19.25 - $21.25 per hour
