PBX Technician
Job Title: PBX TechnicianWork Location: Everett, WASecret Clearance RequiredPay: $PW + 5.09 (H&W)RESPONSIBILITIES SECTION:Essential functions will include:Operate and maintain government-owned telephony switches (PBX), including:Avaya Systems CM4.0 Perform:Troubleshooting and repair of switch issuesSoftware updates and patchingInstallation and configuration of switch hardwareDaily operation monitoringSupport for voicemail systems and IPE (Remote Intelligent Peripheral Equipment)Utilize company vehicle to travel to remote locations weekly.Ensure switch systems remain fully operational and compliant with DoD/Navy standards.Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS SECTION:Associate's degree or higher in IT or Cybersecurity (preferred)Years of experience 2 years of experience required. 5 years preferred.Prior experience within DoD networks. Required skills or certificationsAvaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) or equivalentNortel Meridian System Administration or equivalentIAT Level II (per DoD 8570.01-M) preferredCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalentAnistar PAYS YOU for referrals!!!!!!!!
