CNC Machinist - Milling & Turning Openings - Direct Hire

Job Description TekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace component manufacturer in Wyoming, MN that is actively growing its machining team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, multiple shift options, and a clean, modern shop environment.Shift Options1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM(10% shift differential + 30-minute overlap)Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (25% premium pay)What You’ll Be DoingPerform CNC mill setups and operate machinesWork with Fanuc and/or HAAS controlsRead and interpret blueprintsMake tool offsets and adjustmentsInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gaugesEquipment & Work3-4 Axis VMCs (Fanuc, HAAS, Doosan)5-Axis VMCs (Fanuc, HAAS, Okuma)Production runs typically range from 50-2,000 partsWhat They’re Looking ForExperience performing CNC milling setupsExperience with HAAS or Fanuc controlsAbility to read blueprints and perform inspectionsStrong attention to detail and quality
