General Construction Worker

Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Operate power tools and manual equipment safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling structures Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety standards Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures as needed for various construction activities Implement OSHA safety standards and construction workplace safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for all team members Use respiratory protection equipment when working in environments with dust or airborne hazards Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards Qualifications Proven ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings with confidence Basic mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards Experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, and the safe use of power tools Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for various construction tasks Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift heavy objects, and perform demanding manual labor throughout shifts Knowledge of respiratory protection procedures and proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us in building something great!
