We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our Legal Department by managing the full lifecycle of contracts and legal documents. If you enjoy keeping complex workflows running smoothly, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a high‑performing legal team, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to grow.What You’ll DoOversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of contracts—from intake through final executionDraft, revise, and process templated agreementsMaintain and update the contract database and tracking systemsMonitor contract activity to ensure compliance with signature authority and internal protocolsCoordinate contract workflows and support legal operations with minimal supervisionOrganize documentation, maintain accurate records, and support efficient legal processesCollaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely contract review and executionWhat You BringEducationAssociate’s degree from an accredited institutionExperienceMinimum of 5 years of administrative experienceExperience in a legal or contract administration setting preferredBackground in contract preparation, drafting, and document managementExperience coordinating contract workflows and maintaining organized documentation systemsFamiliarity with computerized contract repository systems is a plusExperience supporting legal or corporate operations in healthcare or similar environments is highly valuedSkills & AbilitiesAbility to manage a high‑volume workload and prioritize effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skills and ability to process information accuratelyProfessionalism and strong interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑throughCaring for Our TeamWe offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
