Iris Telehealth is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting our clinicians with the tools, community, and work-life balance they need to thrive.We're currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)to provide virtual outpatient therapy services to adult and adolescent patients through a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving 10 clinic sites across Maine.What You'll DoAs part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plansProvide virtual therapy services to patients ages 10+ with moderate to high acuityTreat a range of diagnoses, including MDD, GAD, SUD, bipolar disorder, and schizophreniaUtilize evidence-based modalities with a strong foundation in CBT (DBT and EMDR a plus)Build and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patientsCollaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, case management, peer support, MAT services, and moreSupport a diverse referral system including internal, self-referrals, and external referrals (ROI required)More About the RoleSetting:100% Remote FQHC serving 10 sites across MaineSchedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST 40 hours/weekTechnology: Athena EMR + Lifesize video platformAppointments & Caseload ExpectationsApproximately 10 appointments scheduled per day, with an average of 8 completed sessionsSession lengths range from 30-60 minutesMaintain a panel size of 40-65 patientsUtilize administrative time during no-shows; concurrent documentation strongly encouragedTeam & Clinical SupportYou'll be joining a highly supportive, mission-driven team culture grounded in hard work, respect, and quality care.Monthly Behavioral Health Provider meetings for supervision and collaboration with LCSWs and PMHNPsAccess to comprehensive wrap-around services including: care management, behavioral health schedulers, medication management, onsite pharmacy, MAT services, case management, community programs (AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, food pantries)Why Iris Telehealth?Mission-Driven Work:At Iris Telehealth, our mission is at the heart of everything we do: increasing access to high-quality mental health care.
