OVERVIEW The Project Coordinator shall provide administrative and project support to help project teams manage resources and information. The Project Coordinator will also assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. Exemplary organizational skills, including time-management and multitasking are required. DUTIES Draft correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes Facilitate planning meetings with clients Create and sustain good working relationships with internal and external partners Communicate with internal upper management Assist in development of communication media and documentation Proactively communicate all risks and issues associated with trainings and work with client on resolving issues Collaborate with internal staff to create and update training website Provide ongoing support for attendees regarding registration and general training inquiries Develop and maintain training development schedule and materials via Share Point and Smart Sheets Ensure all deadlines are met Conduct research and implement options per client request Prepare and distribute conference materials Provide logistical and onsite support for all training events Manage attendee reimbursement process Compile training evaluations and produce post-training report Create weekly/ monthly status reports Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in English or related field, or combination of education and experience Demonstrate problem-solving skills Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including clear oral and written communication Demonstrate ability in managing multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate ability to analyze, aggregate, and present data gathered from multiple sources PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Advanced competency in Share Point Advanced competency in Smart Sheets Corporate Event planning experience Experience working with executive level staff Hendall Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
