You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldLicensure required – LMHCA or LHMC, LSW or LCAC or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsPassion for helping others through evidence-based treatmentJoin Our MissionIf you're a clinician looking for a fulfilling role where you can truly make a difference, this is the opportunity for you.
