Learn more atPosition – Invoicing Specialist:Essential Functions : Invoice Generation – Create and send accurate, timely invoices for servicesData Verification – Cross-reference billing info with contractsAccounts Receivable – Manage and reconcile AR, track payments, and follow up on overdue accountsIssue Resolution – Address and resolve customer billing inquiries, errors or disputesSystem Management – Maintain customer billing data in accounting software (Ajera/Vantage) and ExcelReporting – Prepare financial reports on billing status, outstanding balancesCollaboration – Work with accounting department, project managers, management and clientsPrepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by leadership or accountant.Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standardsRespond to internal and external e-mails/phone calls within 24 hours.Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, preferredMinimum of five years responsible accounting including invoicing, billing, or accounts receivableAdvanced knowledge of Ajera/Vantage preferredAbility to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalismAbility to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipmentKnowledge of computerized accounting, but must be able to do a manual set of booksProficient in ExcelStrong organization & multi-tasking skillsStrong problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailMust be able to maintain confidentiality at all timesMust have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skillsVRX, Inc offer a comprehensive benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, as well as a Health Saving Account option and a 401k plan with company matching.NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES: Please note that VRX, Inc . does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
