Lead Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to architect and develop enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms and analytics solutions Oversee the development and maintenance of Azure SQL database objects and drive performance of real-time data processing Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical leadership and aligning efforts with strategic goals Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in cloud-native data engineering, with 3+ years in Databricks and Delta Lake Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., PySpark, Scala, Python) Deep understanding of cloud-native data architecture and proven ability to design scalable data pipelines Strong experience with CI/CD and version control, ideally including Databricks Asset Bundles Degree in IT, Engineering, computer sciences, business IT, or a quantitative discipline
