This role focuses on patent litigation, intellectual property disputes, district court litigation, and PTAB proceedings, representing technology-driven clients in complex matters involving cutting-edge innovations across a variety of industries. Offer Salary range: $200,000-$265,000+, contingent on experience Annual discretionary bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays CLE allowance and professional development support Bar dues and professional memberships covered Qualifications Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Four years of experience handling patent litigation matters in federal court Experience with Hatch-Waxman, ANDA, or PTAB proceedings is strongly preferred Technical background or degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with litigation teams Responsibilities Represent clients in patent litigation matters before federal district courts and the PTAB Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, claim construction briefs, and discovery materials Manage fact and expert discovery including depositions and written discovery Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk assessment and case outcomes Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and clients on complex technical and legal issues Manage active caseloads while meeting court deadlines and client expectations in a remote setting For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
