A training solutions provider is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer in Birmingham, Alabama. This role will support the development and maintenance of training content for both instructor-led and eLearning formats. The ideal candidate will help ensure that learning solutions meet quality standards and effectively engage learners. A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field is preferred.
