Our customer-focused, employee-driven business model builds long-term partners through loyalty, consistency, and expertise.\n \nJOB DESCRIPTION\nWe are seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of HVAC construction projects. This role involves project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, field execution, and client relations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. \nPAY RANGE:\n$95,000 – $115,000 per year / depending on experience\n \nBENEFITS:\n\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nVision insurance\nFree Basic Life\nVoluntary Life insurance\nPaid Time Off\nHoliday Pay\nShort- and Long-Term Disability\nWeekly pay\n\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nProject Planning & Startup: Review contract documents, lead kickoff meetings, develop schedules, and coordinate procurement\nFinancial Management: Manage budgets, track costs, forecast financials, and oversee billing processes\nField Coordination & Execution: Support field teams to ensure compliance with specifications, resolve conflicts, and conduct site inspections\nSubcontractor & Vendor Management: Procure and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules\nDocumentation & Controls: Maintain project documentation in Procore, supporting QA/QC processes.\nSafety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.\nClient & Team Communication: Serve as the main contact for project coordination, lead meetings, and provide updates to leadership\n\n \nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\n\n This role involves a mix of office and job site work, with potential exposure to construction hazards and occasional overtime\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nExperience: 5+ years in HVAC project management with multifamily or commercial multi-story experience\nTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and plan interpretation\nSoftware Proficiency: Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred\nSkills: Excellent communication, leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities\nTravel: Valid driver’s license with willingness to visit job sites regularly \n\nIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
