Apply via Dice today!Requirements5 or more years of experience in IT Project Management specializing in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Manhattan systems. Proficiency in Jira, Prism PPM, and SharePoint for managing complex enterprise project schedules. Experience with Cloud Data Platforms supporting omni-channel retail environments. Experience with IT vendor management, tracking deliverables, and maintaining technical milestones. Experience in IT project risk management, issue escalation, and financial tracking for large-scale programs. Experience in business process transformation, change management, and structuring concurrent IT workstreams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level governance and cross-functional team leadership. ResponsibilitiesDirects and coordinates all IT development and infrastructure activities within large-scale fulfillment programs. Develops comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures using enterprise PM tools. Manages IT staffing plans, resource allocations, and task estimates while conducting daily team alignment standups. Mitigates project risks by analyzing exposure, devising resolution strategies, and escalating scope or budget impacts. Formulates and delivers governance presentation content to align project sponsors, stakeholders, and overarching program managers. Collaborates directly with third-party IT vendors to track progress and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. Tracks IT project financials, monitors cost alignments, and provides regular progress updates for consolidated program reporting.
