Training Developer II (Training and Development Specialist)
Job Description
Salary: 57K+Position Summary:The Training and Development Specialist II is responsible for the design, development, and coordination of a wide range of training programs. This role involves creating training content and delivering it using diverse methods such as lectures, discussions, hands-on exercises, and eLearning formats. The specialist will collaborate with technical writers and clients to transform complex technical information into accessible training materials. Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or other computer-based training anddevelopment software is required.
