Our shift leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission. Pay rate starts from $18.00/hr.Position Requirements: We are looking for individuals who will create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect. Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability. Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift. Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors. Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant. Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week.
