Submit your application today.What You Will Be DoingConduct one-on-one and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating instructional techniques and recognizing measurable progressPlan and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development—setting the standard for the teaching teamAudit and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric fidelity and actionable insight, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain transparent milestone trackingCreate family communications and convene team meetings to synchronize efforts and uphold collective commitments to campus-wide PreK readiness objectivesBasic RequirementsEarly Childhood Instructional Coach key responsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or advanced certification is preferredAt least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a comparable fieldDirect experience facilitating learning for young children between the ages of 3 and 5Demonstrated success in designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori approachesA minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with clear performance expectationsEffective written and oral communication abilities for transparent family engagement and team coordinationLegal authorization to work in the United States with no requirement for visa sponsorshipAvailability to work onsite at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as neededAbout AlphaWant to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
