Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial installations. This role requires a solid understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading, assembly, and installation of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas needing repair. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion within deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites. Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed. 24/7 Emergency Service. Some weekends. Skills Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices. Experience with welding and pipe threading is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations involved in installations. Experience in carpentry or maintenance person tasks can enhance versatility on the job. Capability to perform heavy lifting regularly as part of job duties. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
