For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager, Facilities to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.This role will lead complex facilities-related design, construction, and renovation initiatives that support a global workplace environment. You will partner closely with regional teams, technical stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects that balance operational needs, technical performance, cost, and quality. The position also plays a key role in establishing standards, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainability across workplace projects.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $104,000 – $183,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead design, construction, and renovation projects from start to finish Protect the company's interests while balancing technical performance with cost and quality Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments Coordinate regional teams and technical stakeholders to ensure project success Oversee operational readiness, including documentation and asset training Establish global standards and ensure local compliance across projects Integrate sustainability practices into workplace design and operationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in facilities, design, engineering, or project management Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction methods Experience managing budgets, schedules, and procurement processes Understanding of environmental management and sustainability practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in meetings outside normal hoursBenefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Telehealth coverage Flexible work schedules and remote work options Opportunities for development and career growth Open Time Off plus 10 paid holidays 401(k) matching program Adoption Assistance Fertility treatmentsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
