Production Worker OpportunityStudco is currently looking for hardworking, fast-paced production workers to support our 1st and 2nd shift production team. This is an entry to mid-level position with the opportunity and room for professional and monetary growth following our Operations Labor Model. Developmental opportunities and growth as identified by the business. Opportunity for career progression from entry-level to Team Leader!First shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM. Second shift hours are 3 PM to 12 AM.Machine Operators will be responsible for the following tasks:Assisting on mill operation to produce products as laid out by production planningSupport performance of daily maintenance on machinery; report any damage or problems to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead.Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/supplier details.Work safely, in accordance with Company Safety Policy.Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
