We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to help lead the design, governance, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in complex architectures, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions.Key Responsibilities🧭 Guide solution architects with best practices, patterns, and anti‑patterns; conduct architecture design reviews.📚 Build and maintain a repository of technical solutions, best practices, and coding/architecture standards.🏗️ Influence and shape the IT department’s overall Salesforce strategy.🤝 Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.🔍 Lead analysis, solution design, project scoping, and execution with strong attention to detail.🗣️ Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, non‑technical users, and technical teams.🤝 Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Development Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts.⚙️ Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.🔧 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues both during implementation and after go‑live.📘 Provide training and support to IT teams and business users.🛡️ Manage Salesforce business continuity strategy, ensuring system resilience.🧪 Oversee compliance with test automation and code coverage standards.🔄 Develop and govern processes for code sharing, merging, and deployment across orgs.Minimum Qualifications✅Bachelor’s Degree.✅Strong hands-on development background.✅Salesforce Application Architect or Technical Architect certification (required).✅5+ years Salesforce Admin and/or Development experience (Apex, LWC, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, migrations, large datasets, tuning).✅1-2+ years experience of Salesforce Architecture experience.✅Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning.✅Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform features, limitations, and best practices.✅Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations.✅Leadership qualities and exceptional technical depth.✅Additional experience with any object-oriented programming language is a plus.💡 Knowledge & SkillsTargeting Sr. Developers with some architecture experience or Jr. ArchitectsExperience designing solutions on the Salesforce platform.Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation best practices.Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce.Awareness of the Salesforce product roadmap.Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and object‑oriented design.Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
