Regional Account Executive, SMB (Ambulatory)
The Regional Account Executive position seeks to engage with prospective clients in the SMB market within a given territory and vertical. The RAE is responsible for presenting the value propositions and benefits of our solutions daily. Additionally, the RAE will handle all aspects of the sales process - from the outbound prospecting to clients, product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract reviews.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:* Independently managing time and territory in a way that maximizes the number of sales calls, demonstrations, and closed deals; resulting in attaining or exceeding set quotas* Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of our education, compliance, clinical solutions, and professional services* Prospecting for new clients through email and phone campaigns independently on a daily basis* Consistent and detailed use of Relias Salesforce system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities* Effectively document and maintain Salesforce data* Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate presentations and client callsCOMPETENCIES:* Client Relationship Management - ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success* Consultative Selling - ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions* Sales Tool Management - utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience* Adaptability - ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments* Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages receivedYOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:* 2+ years experience in a sales role* Proven track record of success in sales and cold calling* Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related fieldIT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:* Healthcare/Hospital industry experience strongly preferred* Experience selling SaaS software solutions* Experience with Salesforces and/or Gong a plus
