Controller – Seabrook, NHCFS is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the Seabrook, NH area to identify a talented Controller to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to make a high-impact contribution in a dynamic environment.The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations. The Controller will play a key role in strategic decision-making and partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance. This Controller position offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and optimize processes.Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 + 10-15% bonusResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements and provide insight to executive leadershipDevelop and maintain internal controls and accounting policiesManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsSupervise and mentor accounting staffPartner cross-functionally to support operational and financial goalsQualificationsCPA *MUST HAVE*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience improving processes and implementing efficienciesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis Controller role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in accounting operations.
