The role involves leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, conducting design/code reviews, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities• Lead technical solutioning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure SDLC and quality compliance.• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.• Resolve technical challenges and drive best practices.• Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.Mandatory Skills• 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, AWS, and UI technologies.• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.• Strong expertise in Angular (Services, Guards, Resolvers, Interceptors, Pipes, DI, Routing), TypeScript 4+, RxJS, HTML, and SCSS.• 7+ years developing and deploying Angular applications on AWS, including reusable UI components and frameworks such as SSO and Observability.• 3+ years developing REST/JSON services using AWS Lambda.• 3+ years developing AWS AppSync GraphQL services.• 1+ year of AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform/Terragrunt.Soft Skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.• Positive attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations.
