Project Manager-TAM Program

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a Project Manager / Deliverables Manager – TAM Programs to support Technology Acquisition Management (TAM) programs for the United States Postal Service (USPS). In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will sit at the center of program execution—owning deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring seamless coordination across technical teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the full deliverables lifecycle across complex, fast-paced programs—ensuring work is clearly defined, tracked, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, removing blockers, and driving execution—not just tracking status. Responsibilities Own end-to-end deliverables management, including intake, definition, tracking, review, approval, and archival Manage all internal and external deliverables across TAM programs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission Maintain the full deliverables lifecycle, including quality checks, reporting, and compliance with program standards Drive on-time, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent programs and workstreams Manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths; support overall program coordination activities Align deliverables with deployment milestones to ensure seamless execution and readiness Identify risks early, remove blockers, and escalate issues before they impact delivery Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to drive clarity, accountability, and communication flow Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and program visibility tools; document best practices and lessons learned Lead meeting cadence, develop agendas, capture action items, and follow up to maintain execution momentum Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders Support continuous improvement of deliverables management, reporting, and program execution processes Basic Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in project management, deliverables management, PMO support, program operations, or a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and reporting/dashboard tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive outcomes Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance Ability to manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, and competing deadlines across multiple programs Strong judgment in escalation, stakeholder alignment, and quality assurance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field 3–5 years of experience supporting technical or cross-functional programs Experience working with technical teams in a program, PMO, or delivery-focused environment Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or similar methodologies PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management certification "MBA CSi is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.
