This role is responsible for tracking progress, reporting status, managing scope, and coordinating with vendors. The goal is to ensure all project artifacts move smoothly through Development, QA, UAT, and Production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily project delivery activities across internal teams and external vendors.Track work items and artifacts from start to finish.Monitor milestones, backlog, velocity, aging, and throughput.Use JIRA, JQL, and dashboards to track progress and report status.Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.Use project metrics to support prioritization and escalation.Ensure project delivery stays aligned with the Statement of Work (SOW).Enforce agreed acceptance criteria.Communicate and manage any scope changes clearly.Work closely with MSP/vendor teams to align priorities and execution.Drive vendor accountability for deliverables and timelines.Manage cross-team dependencies and issue resolution.Provide clear updates on status, risks, issues, and decisions.Prepare and share weekly project reports.Lead daily standups, meetings, and working sessions.Ensure strong alignment between technical teams and leadership.Define and maintain delivery workflows and standards.Analyze project data using Excel and JIRA reporting tools.Maintain reporting consistency and improve project processes where needed.Required SkillsExperience managing large-scale, multi-team projects.Strong understanding of milestones, lifecycle tracking, and dependency management.Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, JQL, dashboards, and reporting.Good data analysis skills using Excel.Experience aligning delivery to SOW requirements.Ability to manage scope, acceptance criteria, and change control.Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs and driving accountability.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and leadership.Ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and blockers.Comfortable using metrics and data to make project decisions.The base salary range for this position is $92,250–$95,700 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
