This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impactYou will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systemsAs part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizanceThis will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly. Responsibilities: Understand the customers’ mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions. Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycleIntegrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacksDesign and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflowsDevelop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancementsKey Requirements:To be considered for this position you must have the following:Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. U.S. CitizenshipProfessional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree. Works well independently as well as on a team. Strong communication skills. Required Skills:Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solutionExperience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular)Experience writing scripts and services in PythonRESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and PythonFamiliarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.)Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD)Desired Skills:Prior CNO experienceKnowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLocation: Columbia, MD (onsite full time)Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications.
