We are seeking a PLC Programmer to support the design, development, and implementation of control systems for automated conveying equipment and material handling systems. This role will work closely with mechanical engineering, production, and project teams to develop reliable machine control solutions.The position is open to entry-level candidates with strong technical foundations as well as intermediate engineers with hands-on automation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PLC-based control systems for conveying and material handling equipmentProgram and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and drive systemsElectrical panel design, component selection, and control architectureConfigure and integrate industrial communication networksSupport machine testing, commissioning, and system validationWork with engineering teams to develop and improve automation solutionsCreate and maintain electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentationAssist with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis during machine developmentSupport standardization and continuous improvement of control system designsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial automationBasic understanding of PLC programming and industrial controlsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team-based engineering environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC platforms (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micro800)Experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell PLC platforms
