Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION The Dealer will create and maintain a fun, entertaining, party atmosphere for extended periods of time while dealing various table games. Must be able to consistently meet the appearance and uniform standards for this position. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must have the manual dexterity to manipulate cards. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, turn, grab, grip, sort and stack. Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, strong odors, dust, loud noises and bright lights.Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent math skills and have the ability to multi-task. Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public. Conduct assigned game(s) according to established procedures.
