Restaurant Supervisor - $15-$17/hr - St. Louis - Urgently Hiring

Taco Bell - Butler Hill Rd is currently hiring a full time or part time Restaurant Supervisor for our St. Louis, MO location. A Restaurant Supervisor should not only supervise their team but lead it to acheive their goals. A Restaurant Supervisor will assist in the planning and management at Taco Bell - Butler Hill Rd in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies all while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals. Applicants for this role should have effective verbal and written communication skills.Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities-Monitor team members to follow all service standards.-Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.-Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.-Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift.-Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up.
