Ensure no prospect falls through the cracks from initial contact to final contract signing. Sales Customer Support: Act as a dedicated, trusted point of contact for prospective SMB clients. Answer product questions, explain CCYP’s digital marketing and web/video service packages, and guide them through onboarding. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly within the digital marketing team to align marketing collateral, promotions, and AI-driven campaign insights with active sales conversations. Deal Optimization & Closing Support: Assist account executives with drafting proposals, preparing contracts, and coordinating post-sale handoffs to the content and technical teams to ensure a flawless client experience.Requirements Bilingual Mastery: Mandatory fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking, reading, and typing) is essential for effectively supporting and communicating with our North American Chinese business clientele. Sales Operations or Support Experience: Prior experience in sales support, customer success, or account management—ideally working with SMEs or B2B services. Tech & CRM Literacy: Proficiency with modern CRM tools, project management software, and communication platforms to keep pipelines organized and transparent.
