Lifeline Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lifeline Phone Distribution Agent to distribute free Lifeline phones to eligible low-income individuals and families. Key Responsibilities: Distribute free Lifeline phones to eligible recipients at community events, outreach centers, or other designated locations Verify recipient eligibility for the Lifeline program Explain phone features and benefits, including free monthly service Assist recipients with phone activation and setup Provide excellent customer service and address recipient concerns Maintain accurate records of phone distributions and recipient information Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and transport phone distribution equipment (up to 25 lbs) Reliable transportation to distribution locations Familiarity with government assistance programs and low-income communities preferred Working Conditions: This is a field-based position, requiring travel to community events and outreach centers Agents must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ongoing training and support are provided to ensure Agents feel confident and equipped to handle the demands of the role What We Offer: Competitive rate Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment The satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of low-income individuals and families Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.07 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: On the road
