INTELLIGENCE ANALYST 3 – PROCESSING, EXPLOITATION, AND DISSEMINATION

Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking an Intelligence Analyst who can research, analyze, and evaluate data to produce detailed and/or short-fused studies, presentations, information papers, decision papers, assessments, and technical reports. Work may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. The ideal candidate will collect, monitor and study data to create custom reports that identify trends, highlight changes in posture or procedures, identify evolving or new capabilities, and identify threats and risks. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Incumbent may also be required to attend various types of meetings at the Directorate level. The right candidate will have an active TS/SCI Clearance, at least ten (10) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience at the tactical through strategic levels. Responsibilities: Executes and on occasion, leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Provides mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level. Experienced in Foreign Military Program (FMP) Detailed knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, TRADOC, and Joint organizations Demonstrated knowledge of: Army and Joint PED Army MI system capabilities and employment ISR capabilities Army PPBE process Operations orders Demonstrated briefing and writing skills Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers. May attend various types of meetings and symposia at the ARSTAF and DOD level. Requirements: Must have active TS/SCI clearance. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic. Experience as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency. Experience with Foreign Disclosure process and the release of intelligence to FVEY and coalition partners Desired: Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer/Warrant Officer or Senior Non- Commissioned Officer Salary: Negotiable
