Marpai proactively targets at-risk members with meaningful clinical interventions to improve outcomes.ABOUT THE POSITION:The Manager of EDI Operations oversees staff responsible for file analysis, file requirement gathering and communication between the business units, the Developers and vendors.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Provide strong people management of the EDI AnalystsEnsure that project/department milestones are metBe the Laison between the business units and developers for EDI requestsOrganize, Standardize and implement EDI processes and documentationManage work intake, prioritization and assignment of analyst’s tasksPerform team administrative duties including status reports, team development and assessmentsCarry out personnel management activities including performance management and career developmentMentor, coach and guide data analysts within the EDI operations teamOther duties as requiredWhat Do You NeedAbility to manage multiple projects to successful and timely conclusion, including measurement of milestones, alerting project participants to outliers and project status updatesAble to communicate internally and externally with all levels of people in a manner which illustrates superior professionalism. Communications may include speaking in front of groups of peopleAbility to prepare for, lead and direct meetings, both internally and externally, with various group sizes. Directing includes keeping meetings on track, providing follow-up/meeting minutes, Gantt charts, etc.Relationship focused, with excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, peers, other departments, and senior managementExcellent written communication and documentation skillsAdvanced project planning skills with attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesMust have the ability to use logical methods to address problems and develop effective solutions, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceededMust have able to view processes and suggest change to create or maintain the most efficient, timely and accurate deliveryAbility to analyze, interpret and organize information in a clear and concise mannerMust have expert level knowledge of all desktop computer application such MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
